Inconel 625 Wire Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER produces high quality Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) wire.
Inconel 625 is a high performance solid solution strengthened alloy. The content of nickel, chromium and molybdenum ensures a good comprehensive corrosion resistance. Niobium and tantalum are added to the alloy. Together with molybdenum, they provide significant solid solution strengthening, resulting in higher strength of Inconel 625 alloy.
We smelt Inconel 625 material according to the chemical composition standard of ASTM B446. Regarding mechanical properties, we mainly provide hard and soft wires for your choice. Of course, if you have more specific tensile strength requirements, please confirm with us. We can precisely customize the tensile strength of wire for you. This is our core advantage as a professional supplier.

We default to delivery in bright annealed (soft) condition. But we can also customize the wire strength according to your requirements, which is not possible for all suppliers.
FAQ
What are the main differences between annealed and solution-treated Inconel 625?

They correspond to grade 1 and grade 2 in the standard, respectively. Annealed wire has higher strength and is suitable for room temperature use; solution-treated wire offers better high-temperature performance. We recommend confirming the required condition based on your actual operating conditions before purchasing.
Can I specify the weight of a single coil?

Yes. If you require this, we will calculate the weight during the coiling stage and precisely control the weight of each coil during final winding. However, there will generally be some tolerance in the weight.
Do you support using steel spools to package wire?

Yes. We can customize steel spools for you based on the dimensions or design drawings you provide, for winding and securing the wire. However, it should be noted that customized steel spools generally require a minimum order quantity. Under standard circumstances, we deliver in loose coils or use plastic wire for winding. If you require steel spool packaging, please mention it during the inquiry stage, and we will conduct a feasibility assessment and arrange production according to your requirements.
How to distinguish between wire rod and wire?

Wire rod is the precursor to wire, made through hot rolling and then cold-drawn into wire. Therefore, the diameter of wire rod is larger than that of wire. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties of wire can be customized as needed, a capability not available for wire rod.
What do "soft," "semi-hard," and "hard" represent in wire rod?

They represent the delivery state of the wire rod after cold drawing and different heat treatments. Cold drawing brings the wire rod to its peak strength, which can then be reduced to the desired level through heat treatment. The hard state maintains the highest strength, the semi-hard state is medium, and the soft state is the lowest.
What is your MOQ?

Inconel 625 is a relatively common grade, and we support low MOQs for our wires. Depending on the size, our MOQ generally ranges from 30kg to 50kg.
