Inconel 625 Strip Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy supplier, we manufacture Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) strips in a variety of sizes.
Inconel 625 is a nickel alloy that combines corrosion resistance with strength. Its corrosion resistance benefits from nickel, chromium and molybdenum content. The niobium in Inconel 625 has a significant solid solution strengthening effect, so its strength is much higher than that of Inconel 600.
We manufacture Inconel 625 strip according to ASTM B443. Two delivery states of Inconel 625 are specified in the standard. Grade I is the annealed condition. We will deliver in this state by default. Grade II is solution treated state. Grade II is a better choice if you require better creep properties above 593°C. Please confirm the delivery status with the supplier before placing the order.

FAQ
What are the characteristics of Inconel 625 in its annealed and solution-treated states?

These two states are designated as grade 1 and grade 2 in the standard. The annealed state has higher strength and is suitable for room temperature environments; the solution-treated state has better high-temperature performance. Therefore, you need to determine whether your application is at room temperature or high temperature before purchasing.
What is the typical coil inner diameter of the strip?

The standard inner diameter of the strip coil is generally 400 to 500 mm, depending on the width of the strip. If you have special requirements for the inner diameter of the coil, you can also tell us, and we will try our best to meet your requirements.
Can you make spring strips?

Yes. According to relevant standards, we can customize high-strength spring strips for you. You can also tell us directly the tensile strength or hardness you need, and we will analyze the technical feasibility for you and customize accordingly.
Is the strip directly rolled or slit?

For narrower strips (250 mm wide or less), we prefer to produce them directly through cold rolling. This method saves costs and allows for free control over the mechanical properties of the material. For wider strips, we have to slit the coil to obtain them.
How to distinguish between soft, semi-hard, and hard states?

These represent the delivery state of the strip, obtained through different cold rolling and heat treatment processes. The three states of material differ in tensile strength and hardness. The order of strength from highest to lowest is: hard, semi-hard, soft.
How do I purchase your products?

First, you can send us your specific purchasing requirements via email or the form on our website. If our quotation satisfies you, you can send us a PO, and we will provide a PI for your payment. We will begin production immediately upon receiving the prepayment. Once the materials are ready, we will notify you and provide you with the corresponding quality inspection documents. We will arrange shipment after receiving the final payment.
