Inconel 625 Seamless Pipe & Tube Supplier
As a professional Inconel alloy supplier, we produce high quality Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) seamless pipe & tube.
Inconel 625 is a high performance nickel alloy. It adds molybdenum and more chromium than Inconel 600. This gives it better corrosion resistance. At the same time, Inconel 625 added niobium to increase the effect of solid solution strengthening. This gives it more strength.
We manufacture Inconel 625 seamless pipe & tube strictly according to ASTM B444. Inconel 625 has high strength, which makes the cold rolling process of seamless pipe & tube more difficult. We have a complete seamless pipe & tube production line, which can fully guarantee the quality of pipes. In addition, we do a complete hydrostatic test on all pipes. If you have requirements for the grain size of the material, we can also meet your requirements.

FAQ
What is the difference between the annealed and solution-treated states of Inconel 625?

The annealed and solution-treated states are two different delivery conditions for Inconel 625, specified in the standard as grade 1 and grade 2 respectively. The annealed state has higher strength and is generally suitable for room temperature applications. The solution-treated state has better high-temperature performance. Therefore, please confirm your actual needs before purchasing.
Does your production follow the Pipe Schedule standard?

We have a large number of molds that can accommodate all standard sizes, so production according to the Pipe Schedule is not a problem. Furthermore, if you need a size outside the Pipe Schedule range, we can also customize it for you.
Do you sandblast the pipes?

By default, we will provide seamless pipes with pickled or polished surfaces as needed. We will not sandblast the pipes unless we deem it necessary. If you require sandblasting of seamless pipes, please inform us in advance, and we will perform it according to your requirements.
What is your standard length?

Unless otherwise specified, our standard length is 1 meter. This length is most convenient for transportation and can significantly save on your shipping costs. Other common lengths include 3 meters, 6 meters, and 12 meters. Of course, we can also customize any length to your requirements. If cost savings are your primary concern, we can also provide random lengths.
How is cold rolling defined in seamless tube production?

Cold rolling is a key cold working process in seamless tube manufacturing. This process uses rolls and mandrels to repeatedly extrude the tube, gradually reducing the outer diameter and wall thickness to achieve the required dimensional accuracy. Simultaneously, the cold rolling process produces a work hardening effect, distorting the material's crystal lattice and thus increasing the strength and hardness of the seamless tube.
What is sandblasting?

Sandblasting is a commonly used surface treatment process in seamless tube production. This process uses compressed air or centrifugal force to propel fine sand particles at high speed onto the tube surface, using the impact force of the sand particles to remove surface oxide scale, rust, or other deposits, while simultaneously altering the surface roughness. After sandblasting, the surface of the seamless tube will have a uniform frosted texture, which not only improves the appearance quality, but also provides a good adhesion base for subsequent coating or anti-corrosion treatment.
