INCONEL® alloy 617 (UNS N06617 / W.Nr. 2.4663a) is a solid-solution, strengthened, nickel-chromium-cobaltmolybdenum alloy with an exceptional combination of high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance. The alloy also has excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, and it is readily formed and welded by conventional techniques.
Inconel 617 hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Inconel 617 fasteners (such as Inconel 617 screws, Inconel 617 nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Inconel 617 bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Inconel 617 hexagon bars. The common finish of Inconel 617 hexagon bar is polished finish.
