Yes, steel spool packaging is optional. We can customize steel spools specifically for wire based on your provided dimensions or drawings. However, since steel spool customization involves mold and processing costs, it usually requires a certain purchase quantity to execute. By default, our wire is delivered in loose coils or wound on plastic spools. If you prefer steel spool packaging, please communicate with us in advance to confirm the minimum order quantity and delivery time.

Wire rod is the raw material for wire production. It is first hot-rolled into coils, and then cold-drawn to obtain wire. Therefore, wire rod has a larger diameter, while wire has a smaller diameter. Furthermore, wire can be customized in terms of performance, while wire rod cannot.

These are different delivery states of wire. Wire reaches its maximum strength after cold drawing, and subsequent heat treatments can impart different tensile strengths. Hard wire has the highest tensile strength, followed by semi-hard wire, and soft wire has the lowest.

Providing samples is no problem if we have them in stock. However, a sample fee may apply depending on the specific size and quantity. Additionally, you will need to bear the shipping costs for the samples.
