Inconel 600 Seamless Pipe & Tube Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy supplier, AEETHER produces high quality Inconel 600 (UNS N06600) seamless pipe & tube.
Inconel 600 is an alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. Its main content is nickel and chromium. The high nickel content provides the basis for the high temperature performance of Inconel 600. The chromium content ensures the corrosion resistance of the alloy. Therefore, this alloy is often used in high temperature working environments.
We manufacture Inconel 600 seamless pipe & tube strictly according to ASTM B167 standard. For the Inconel 600 seamless pipe, we have oversized cold drawing equipment to meet your size requirements as much as possible. For Inconel 600 seamless tube, we also have high precision cold rolling equipment to meet your tolerance requirements. All of our Inconel 600 pipe & tubes are delivered with a pickled finish by default. If your material needs to be polished or sandblasted, we have you covered.

FAQ
What are the advantages of Inconel 600 compared to stainless steel?

It is significantly superior to stainless steel in terms of corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and mechanical properties. Of course, Inconel 600 is also considerably more expensive than stainless steel.
What is the difference between seamless and welded pipes?

Seamless pipes are produced by piercing round bars and undergoing multiple cold rolling processes, while welded pipes are made by coiling and welding strips. Therefore, seamless pipes have no weld seams and better pressure resistance, but the production process is more complex and the production cycle is longer. Welded pipes are mainly used in some lower-pressure equipment, which can reduce costs. Generally, seamless pipes have a thicker wall than welded pipes.
Do you perform flaring and flattening tests?

Most standards only require seamless pipes to undergo chemical analysis, tensile testing, and non-destructive testing. However, we have complete flaring and flattening testing equipment, so we can also perform these two tests if needed.
Can pipes be beveled?

Yes. If you have this requirement, please specify it to us when you inquire. We have precision beveling equipment to meet standard requirements. Please note that we supply seamless tubes with flat ends by default.
What is cold rolling?

Cold rolling is an important process in seamless tube processing. It refers to repeatedly pressing the seamless tube with rolls and a mandrel to reduce its outer diameter and wall thickness. Cold rolling has a work hardening effect, which can give the seamless tube higher strength.
What is sandblasting?

Sandblasting is a common surface treatment process for seamless tubes. This process requires spraying abrasive particles at high speed onto the surface of the seamless tube to change its surface roughness. The surface of the tube after sandblasting has a uniform frosted texture, which is more aesthetically pleasing.
