INCOLOY® alloy 825 (UNS N08825 / W.Nr. 2.4858) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper, and titanium. The alloy’s chemical composition is designed to provide exceptional resistance to many corrosive environments. The nickel content is sufficient for resistance to chloride-ion stress-corrosion cracking.
Incoloy 825 hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Incoloy 825 fasteners (such as Incoloy 825 screws, Incoloy 825 nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Incoloy 825 bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Incoloy 825 hexagon bars. The common finish of Incoloy 825 hexagon bar is polished finish.
