Incoloy 800H Seamless Pipe & Tube Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy supplier, we produce high-quality Incoloy 800H seamless pipe & tube.
Incoloy 800H seamless pipe & tube are a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium alloy. Its excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance make it widely used in chemical, energy, aerospace and other fields.
Incoloy 800H seamless pipe & tube are manufactured using advanced cold rolling or cold drawing processes to ensure the uniformity and density of the pipes, thereby improving their pressure resistance and fatigue resistance. To ensure that each Incoloy 800H seamless pipe & tube meets the highest quality standards, we have implemented a complete inspection process. From the entry of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, each link undergoes strict chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing, non-destructive testing and dimensional accuracy testing. We use spectrometers to ensure that the composition meets the standards, and use hydrostatic tests and ultrasonic testing to ensure that the pipes are defect-free. At the same time, metallographic observations are performed to verify the microstructural uniformity of the material. Only products that pass all inspection items will be delivered to customers to ensure their excellent performance in actual applications.

*Chemical Composition According to ASTM B407
From the perspective of chemical composition, Incoloy 800H seamless pipe & tube contains about 30-35% nickel and 19-23% chromium. This high nickel-chromium content gives the material excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, especially in high temperature environments. In addition, the carbon content is controlled between 0.05-0.10%, combined with trace additions of aluminum and titanium, which further enhances the creep rupture strength and high temperature stability of the material, allowing it to maintain excellent mechanical properties under extreme working conditions.

FAQ
What is the difference between Incoloy 800H and Incoloy 800?

Incoloy 800H is an optimized version of Incoloy 800. It controls the carbon content within a narrower range compared to 800, resulting in more stable high-temperature performance. Currently, Incoloy 800H has largely replaced Incoloy 800 in the market.
How to distinguish between Pipe and Tube?

The definitions of Pipe and Tube are not unique. Some definitions consider Pipe to have a larger outer diameter and Tube a smaller outer diameter. Others indicate that Pipe follows the nominal pipe schedule dimensions, while Tube uses the actual converted dimensions. To avoid confusion, please specify whether you need Pipe or Tube when inquiring.
What surface treatments do you offer for your pipes?

For seamless pipes, our default delivery surface is pickled or polished. If you have special surface requirements, such as sandblasting to increase surface roughness or remove minor defects, or shot peening to improve surface stress state, we also have the corresponding processing capabilities and can process according to your instructions.
Do the pipes come with plastic caps when shipped?

We use sturdy export wooden cases by default, which are sufficient to protect the ends of seamless pipes, so plastic caps are generally not used. However, if you specify in advance that you need caps, we can provide them free of charge.
Can you beveling the ends of seamless pipes?

Yes. For piping systems that require on-site butt welding, pipe end beveling is a common preparation. We are equipped with precision beveling equipment that can process V-shaped, U-shaped, or combined beveling, and can strictly control parameters such as beveling angle and root clearance to ensure compliance with relevant welding standards. Please note that our standard delivery condition is plain-end pipes, i.e., without any beveling. If you require beveling, please specify in advance, and we will process it according to your requirements before delivery.
How is sandblasting defined?

Sandblasting is a processing method that uses a high-speed stream of sand particles to impact the surface of a workpiece to clean or modify the surface. In seamless pipe manufacturing, sandblasting is mainly used to remove oxide layers, oil stains, and minor defects from the pipe surface, while also giving the surface a certain degree of roughness.
