As a premium superalloy supplier, we produce Incoloy 800H round bars & rods in various specifications.
Incoloy 800H is a high performance alloy. It can be used at higher temperatures than Incoloy 800. Therefore, Incoloy 800H has a wide range of applications.
By default, we produce Incoloy 800H round bars & rods according to the standard of ASTM B408. Large size round bars are often produced by forging or hot rolling. Rods of small size will be further cold drawn on this basis. It should be noted that since Incoloy 800H round rod is often used at high temperature, it is required to have a larger grain size. Its grain size is required to be ASTM No.5 or croaser.

Supplier shall final heat treat Incoloy 800H round bar & rod at a temperature of at least 2050°F (1121°C). In this way, the creep performance and fatigue performance of the material can reach the best state.
