INCOLOY® alloy 800H (UNS N08810) had been known for some time that higher carbon alloy 800 had higher creep and rupture properties than low-carbon material. For that reason, Special Metals had melted to a carbon range of 0.05 to 0.10% except for special orders where customers specified a lower carbon content.
Incoloy 800H hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Incoloy 800H fasteners (such as Incoloy 800H screws, Incoloy 800H nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Incoloy 800H bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Incoloy 800H hexagon bars. The common finish of Incoloy 800H hexagon bar is polished finish. If you need Incoloy 800H hexagon bar with other finishes such as pickling or sandblasting, please confirm with us.
