Incoloy 800 Plate Supplier
Incoloy 800 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy. It has excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance. It is a material widely used in chemical, aerospace and energy fields.
Our Incoloy 800 plate is manufactured through ASTM B409 standard. The ASTM B409 standard stipulates the chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional tolerances of Incoloy 800 plates. In addition, each of our materials will provide a corresponding material test certificate before shipment. Therefore, our Incoloy 800 plate is fully guaranteed in quality. Since Incoloy 800 has reduced nickel content and increased iron content while maintaining performance, its price is more competitive among nickel-based alloys. That's why it is a widely used material.
We have a large stock of Incoloy 800 plate in stock. They are not only competitive in price and guaranteed in quality, but also can guarantee a very short lead time. This is a very big advantage for us. If you have any urgent procurement requirements for this material, please confirm with us.

FAQ
What are the differences between Incoloy 800 and Inconel 600?

Incoloy 800 is an economical alternative to Inconel 600. It significantly reduces the proportion of nickel, using iron as the main supplementary element. Therefore, it is not as good as Inconel 600 in terms of corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance, but its cost advantage is significant, allowing it to partially replace 600 applications.
What is the maximum width limit for plates?

This depends on the thickness. Generally, the maximum width for 3-5mm plates is 1500mm. For 5-10mm plates, the width can reach 2000mm. And for plates thicker than 10mm, the maximum width currently achievable is 2500mm.
What methods can be used to cut the plates?

We support three main methods: plasma cutting, ultrasonic cutting, and waterjet cutting. Plasma cutting is advantageous due to its high efficiency, suitable for large-volume, rapid cutting, but its cut quality is slightly inferior. Ultrasonic cutting is the most commonly used method due to its good overall performance (balanced speed and effect). Waterjet cutting, although more expensive, can achieve the finest cutting results, making it particularly suitable for workpieces with strict edge quality requirements.
Besides your own brand, can you provide other brands of plates?

Yes. We not only provide plates from other Chinese brands, but also imported plates from other countries. However, this is limited to standard sizes and requires a certain minimum order quantity.
What surface condition is plate usually delivered?

Plates are usually delivered with an pickled surface as the standard condition. This is because plates are mostly manufactured using a hot-rolling process. During the high-temperature rolling process, the surface of the plate reacts with oxygen to form a layer of black oxide scale. To obtain a clean, impurity-free metal surface, this oxide scale must be completely removed by pickling, resulting in a uniform silver-white or light gray surface.
Can you provide a polished surface?

No problem. Although a polished surface is not the mainstream delivery condition for plate products, we are equipped with advanced plate polishing equipment, capable of mechanically polishing the surface of plates to achieve a bright, smooth appearance, and even a near-mirror finish.
