INCOLOY® alloy 27-7MO (UNS S31277; EP 1,263,999 B1) is an advanced 7% molybdenum super-austenitic stainless steel offering corrosion resistance in most environments superior to 6% molybdenum super-austenitic stainless steels. In many environments alloy 27-7MO offers resistance approaching that of much more highly alloyed materials such as INCONEL alloys 625, 22, and C-276.
Incoloy 27-7MO hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Incoloy 27-7MO fasteners (such as Incoloy 27-7MO screws, Incoloy 27-7MO nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Incoloy 27-7MO bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Incoloy 27-7MO hexagon bars. The common finish of Incoloy 27-7MO hexagon bar is polished finish.
