HASTELLOY® X alloy (UNS N06002 (W86002) is a nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that possesses an exceptional combination of oxidation resistance, fabricability and high-temperature strength. It has also been found to be exceptionally resistant to stress-corrosion cracking in petrochemical applications.
Hastelloy X pipe caps, also called Hastelloy X heads, are pipe fittings welded on the pipe end or installed on the external thread of the pipe end to cover the pipe. Hastelloy X pipe caps are cut from Hastelloy X plates into a round shape and then formed. For this reason, we will choose high-quality Hastelloy X plates as raw materials to ensure the quality of the finished products. Hastelloy X pipe caps have excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. We produce Hastelloy X pipe caps in various materials and sizes according to the ISO 9001 standard.
