HASTELLOY® G-35® alloy (UNS N06035) was designed to resist “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5), which is used in the production of fertilizers. Tests in real-world solutions indicate that G-35 alloy is far superior to other metallic materials in this acid.
Hastelloy G-35 hexagon bar (hex bar, hexagonal bar) is a nickel alloy bar with a hexagon cross-section. Since it can be used as the raw material for many Hastelloy G-35 fasteners (such as Hastelloy G-35 screws, Hastelloy G-35 nuts, etc.), it is also one of our most popular Hastelloy G-35 bar products. We can provide hot-rolled, cold-drawn or forged Hastelloy G-35 hexagon bars. The common finish of Hastelloy G-35 hexagon bar is polished finish. If you need Hastelloy G-35 hexagon bar with other finishes such as pickling or sandblasting, please confirm with us.
