HASTELLOY® G-30® alloy (UNS # N06030) is a nickel-chromium-iron material highly resistant to “wet process” phosphoric acid (P2O5). P2O5 is one of the most important industrial chemicals, being the primary source of phosphorus for agrichemical fertilizers.

Hastelloy G-30 thick-walled pipe is a seamless, thick-walled Hastelloy G-30 pipe. Compared with Hastelloy G-30 seamless pipe, it not only inherits high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, but also has better high pressure resistance. Therefore, Hastelloy G-30 thick-walled tubes are often used in high-pressure equipment. In the manufacturing process, due to the thicker wall thickness, cold rolling and cold drawing processes are no longer applicable, so the Hastelloy G-30 thick-walled pipe is perforated and hot-rolled from Hastelloy G-30 round bar.
