In order for Hastelloy C to, in a wide range of environments that can be considered severe, offer superior corrosion resistance, tungsten has been added to a nickel-molybdenum-chromium super-alloy. How does this work? To maintain resistance against corrosion in as-sprayed structures, the low carbon content, during spraying, minimizes carbide precipitation.

Hastelloy C square bar is nickel alloy bars with square section. Depending on the manufacturing process and size, Hastelloy C square bars can be hot-rolled from Hastelloy C billet or cold-drawn from Hastelloy C round bar & rod. We provide Hastelloy C square bars with polished, pickled and sandblasted finish for your choice.
