HASTELLOY® C-2000® alloy (UNS N06200) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials in having a deliberate copper addition. This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.
Hastelloy C-2000 flat bar is a nickel alloy bar with a rectangular cross-section. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can work continuously in special environments. Depending on the size and requirements, Hastelloy C-2000 flat bar can be cold drawn from Hastelloy C-2000 billet or round bar, or it can be cut from plate or strip. In surface treatment, we can provide pickling finish, sand blasted finish and polished finish for your choice.
