HASTELLOY® C-2000® alloy (UNS N06200) is unique among the versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum materials in having a deliberate copper addition. This provides greatly enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. It also has a high chromium content, to maximize its resistance to oxidizing chemicals and process streams contaminated with ferric ions and dissolved oxygen.

Hastelloy C-2000 coil tube is a continuous small diameter Hastelloy C-2000 tube manufactured by welding, continuously cold drawing and coiling the Hastelloy C-2000 strip. Due to its continuity, we will use bright annealing process to avoid the generation of oxide skin inside the tube. Hastelloy C-2000 coil tubes have excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as good integration. We also provide Hastelloy C-2000 seamless coil tube and Hastelloy C-2000 welded coil tube for your choice. It should be noted that due to the difference in technology, the length of the Hastelloy C-2000 seamless coil tube of the same size will be less than that of the Hastelloy C-2000 welded coil tube.
