Hastelloy B-3 (UNS N10675) is a high performance nickel molybdenum alloy. It has excellent resistance to reduction. As a premium solid solution strengthened alloy, Hastelloy B-3 has very high strength.
We produce Hastelloy B-3 strip according to ASTM B333 by default. Due to the very high strength of Hastelloy B-3, its deformation during cold rolling is smaller than that of other alloys. Therefore Hastelloy B-3 strip requires more cold rolling passes than other alloys. This made the production of the Hastelloy B-3 strip very difficult. Many suppliers cannot guarantee the quality of the finished product. We put a lot of effort into producing this alloy. Ultimately, we were able to deliver the Hastelloy B-3 strip perfectly.
