At the same time, we needed to ensure that the material would meet the mechanical properties specified in the standard after aging treatment. This requirement was not a problem for us at all. In addition, the customer has made a requirement for both the inner diameter of the roll and the outer diameter of the roll for the strip. This is also possible for us. Before shipping, we cut a sample of the specified length according to the customer's requirements and sent it to the customer for inspection. In the end, there was no problem with the material.

We need a delivery state for the material SOLUTION ANNEALED, which means "soft" and NOT heat treated 8h @ 718°C + 18 @ 621°C

CPT is similar to CFR. However, CPT applies to airfreight and we need to arrange logistics to deliver the material to the customer's airport. The customer completes customs clearance at the airport.

Logistics

Air freight is much faster than sea freight. Therefore, we had our freight forwarder book the flight in the first place in order to meet our customer's timeliness requirements. Finally, the material successfully left China within 5 working days.
