Later, we received the order. However, we found some additional requirements in the order. Therefore, in order to ensure that the final goods meet the requirements, we confirm with the customer. Eventually, we reached a consensus on the requirements.

Through the efforts of the production department, we successfully shortened the final delivery time by 1 month. We believe this protects our customers' reputation very well. At the same time, it is also a reflection of our credibility.

65 working days is already the shortest nominal delivery time we can guarantee.
In actual production, we will try our best to shorten it further.

This is our standard request but it’s the inner diameter (max 500 mm) is mandatory, but not the outer one.

After confirmation, the request was difficult for us to meet. The weight of a single coil we can currently achieve is about 40~50kg. Therefore, the first specification is about 4 to 5 coils, and the second specification is about 3 to 4 coils.

Price Term

FOB is our default option. It gives customers the freedom to choose their freight forwarder. At the same time, we will be responsible for sending the goods to the designated port and cooperating with the freight forwarder to complete the entire customs declaration and export process.

Logistics

Sea freight is a cost-effective method of transportation. Its cost is relatively low. However, sea freight is less timely. Therefore we recommend shipping by sea for non-urgent orders. For this order, the customer was pressed for time at first and planned to choose air freight. However, since we completed the materials one month in advance, the customer had enough time to save costs by shipping by sea.
